We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Planning Manager to lead planning operations, optimize resource allocation, and ensure the efficient execution of projects and business activities in line with organizational objectives.
QUALIFICATION
Minimum of First degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering or a related disciple with solid background in demand planning, inventory optimization and asset utilization.
Master's Degree in Procurement and Supply Chain Management will be an added advantage. Professional certification such as CPIM and CSCP will be an added advantage.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum of 7 to 10 years' relevant experience in material planning, demand planning or inventory management within the oil and gas, manufacturing or related industry.
Extensive knowledge of demand forecasting, inventory optimization, replenishment planning and supply chain operations.
Strong understanding of inventory control principles, including minimum, maximum and safety stock management. Sound knowledge of risk assessment and business continuity planning for supply chain resilience.
Strong analytical capability with proficiency in data analysis, performance reporting and dashboard development.
