    Planner

    Responsibilities
    Project Planning:

    • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, outlining tasks, timelines, and resource requirements.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather project requirements and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

    Resource Allocation:

    • Efficiently allocate resources based on project needs, considering team members' skills, availability, and project priorities.
    • Monitor and manage resource utilization to optimize productivity and meet project deadlines.

    Timeline Management:

    • Create and manage project timelines, identifying critical milestones and dependencies.
    • Proactively identify potential delays or roadblocks and implement corrective actions to keep projects on schedule.

    Communication and Collaboration:

    • Facilitate communication between team members, departments, and stakeholders to ensure a clear understanding of project goals and expectations.
    • Foster a collaborative environment by coordinating meetings, providing regular updates, and addressing concerns in a timely manner.

    Risk Assessment and Mitigation:

    • Identify potential risks associated with projects and develop strategies to mitigate them.
    • Implement contingency plans to address unforeseen challenges and ensure project success.

    Documentation:

    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including project plans, meeting minutes, and status reports.
    • Provide comprehensive post-project analysis and documentation for continuous improvement.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in project planning and coordination.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Proficient in project management tools and software.
    • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
