Piping Quality Control Coordinator at Scruples Resources

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Project Quality Manager in developing and implementing Project Quality Control Plans and procedures.
• Coordinate QC Supervisors and assigned quality personnel across project areas.
• Review Quality Control Plans and Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs) and verify proper implementation.
• Ensure inspections, tests, and controls are performed in accordance with approved procedures.
• Verify proper receipt, storage, identification, traceability, and preservation of materials and equipment.
• Monitor contractor compliance with QC requirements and inspection processes.
• Support Non-Conformance (NCR) management and corrective action implementation.
• Ensure QC records, inspection reports, test documentation, and mechanical completion records are properly maintained and traceable.
• Support Client and third-party quality interfaces.
• Provide QC training and guidance to site personnel.
• Collect and analyze project QC data and support quality management reviews and lessons learned.
• Support preparation of the final project quality dossier.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
• Strong experience in Project Quality Control, inspections, testing, ITPs, QC procedures, and quality documentation.
• Good knowledge of Non-Conformance management and corrective actions.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Fluent English language skills required.
