Job Description

• The Picking Supervisors will be responsible for supervising the picking and packing of items from the warehouse into pick lists in the loading bay.

Job Responsibilities

• Supervision of bulk picking of items from the warehouse to the loading bay
• Maintaining accurate physical and electronic records of all items picked from the warehouse to the loading bay
• Supervision of the breaking of bulk into individual picklists
• Ensuring the picking accuracy of all picklists
• Ensuring and managing the efficiency of all loaders in the picking process.

Education / Experience / Skill Requirements

• B.Sc. or its equivalent
• At least 2 years warehouse experience in a similar role
• Good organization skills
• Numeracy and literacy skills
• Upbeat and energized
• Attention to details.
