PHP Developer at Soft Alliance & Resources Limited

Job Summary:

• We are seeking a skilled and highly motivated PHP Developer with a solid understanding of web development frameworks like CodeIgniter and Laravel, and experience working with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, and Oracle. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of professional experience and be passionate about writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code. You will be responsible for developing, enhancing, and maintaining web applications, optimizing database performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain dynamic web applications using PHP with CodeIgniter/Laravel frameworks.
• Design, develop, and optimize database schemas, stored procedures, and queries.
• Implement and maintain APIs and integrate third-party services and systems.
• Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure performance, security, and reliability.
• Write clean, well-documented, and reusable code adhering to best practices and coding standards.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes.
• Collaborate with project managers, designers, and other developers to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Ensure the scalability and performance of applications by optimizing both code and database queries.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in web development.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in PHP development.
• Strong proficiency in PHP with hands-on experience in frameworks like CodeIgniter and Laravel.
• Experience with relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, and Oracle, including database design, optimization, and query performance tuning.
• trong understanding of RESTful APIs and web services.
• Familiarity with version control systems, especially Git.
• Knowledge of front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
• Understanding of web security best practices (e.g., SQL injection, cross-site scripting, etc.).
• Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide solutions in a timely manner.
