Job Description
Position Overview:

• As our Brand Photographer, you will play a crucial role in capturing the essence of our properties and bringing our brand to life through high-quality imagery. You will work closely with our marketing team to develop and maintain a consistent visual identity across all our platforms, including our website, social media channels, and marketing materials.
• Capture high-quality photographs of real estate properties, including both interior and exterior shots, to showcase them in the best possible light.
• Utilize advanced photography techniques to highlight unique features and selling points of each property.
• Ensure all photographs meet or exceed industry standards for real estate photography.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and maintain a cohesive visual brand identity and aesthetic for the company.
• Ensure all photographs align with the company's branding guidelines and style.
• Contribute creative ideas to enhance the company's visual storytelling approach.
• Edit and retouch photographs using industry-standard software to ensure they meet the company's branding standards.
• Perform color correction, lighting adjustments, and other necessary enhancements to optimize image quality.
• Prepare images in various formats and sizes for different platforms (web, print, social media).
• Maintain and organize the company's digital photo library.
• Implement an efficient system for cataloging and retrieving images
• Ensure proper backup and storage of all photographic assets.
• Work closely with real estate agents, property managers, and marketing team members to understand specific photography needs for each property.
• Provide guidance on property staging and preparation to ensure optimal photographic results.
• Participate in marketing strategy meetings to align photography efforts with overall marketing goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Photography, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a professional photographer, with a strong portfolio showcasing real estate, architectural, or product photography.
• Exceptional technical skills in photography, including proficiency with DSLR cameras, various lenses, lighting equipment, and studio setups.
• Advanced knowledge of photo editing software, particularly Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop.
• Demonstrated creativity and a keen eye for composition, lighting, and visual storytelling.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
