Responsibilities
Create high-quality photographs that align with the organization's creative vision and objectives.
Capture a wide range of subjects, including events, products, portraits, and landscapes.
Collaborate with clients and colleagues to understand their photography needs and preferences.
Utilize various photography techniques and equipment to achieve desired outcomes.
Edit and enhance photographs using post-processing software to ensure the highest quality results.
Manage and maintain photography equipment, ensuring proper functioning and cleanliness.
Stay updated with photography trends, techniques, and technologies to continuously improve skills.
Organize and manage digital files, ensuring efficient access and retrieval.
Work with the marketing team to provide visual content for promotional materials, social media, and marketing campaigns.
Contribute to creative brainstorming sessions to develop innovative photography concepts.
Education + Experience
Bachelor's degree in Photography, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred. Equivalent experience will also be considered.
Proven experience as a Photographer, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse photographic styles.
Proficiency in using various photography equipment, including cameras, lenses, lighting, and editing software.
Knowledge of composition, lighting, and color theory to create visually compelling images.
Experience in portrait photography, event photography, and post-processing techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with clients and team members.
Ability to work in various environments and adapt to different photography scenarios.
Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas for visual content.
Familiarity with digital asset management and organization.
