Job Objective:
- Ensure efficient phlebotomy and front desk operations
- Deliver excellent customer service aligned with organizational goals

Job Requirements:
- Diploma in Phlebotomy or Medical Laboratory Technology
- 1-3 years proven experience in phlebotomy
- Proficient in effective puncture techniques
- Understanding of proper patient identification methods
- Knowledge of legal requirements in blood drawing and handling samples
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to connect with diverse patients, ensuring comfort
