RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Achieving the best outcome through patient’s medicine.
• Aid in processing, and dispensing medications.
• Ability to perform drug calculation.
• Assembling and accurately checking medication prescription.
• Ensure availability of drugs to patient.
• Maintain a safe and clean pharmacy by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Maintains confidentiality of patient information.
• Pre-packing, assembling and labelling medicines
• Pricing and stocking of medications.
• Responding to patients’ questions about medications.
• Understanding and keeping tracks of drugs expiration.
• Any other functions as may be assigned by the head Nurse

REQUIREMENT:

• At least two years training programme comprising practical work experience and study as pharmacy technician.
• Relevant certificate.
