Healthbridge Specialists is seeking a skilled and motivated Pharmacy Technician to join our dynamic healthcare team. As a Pharmacy Technician, you will play a crucial role in supporting our commitment to delivering high-quality healthcare services to the people of Kano State.

Responsibilities:

• Dispensing Medications: Accurately and efficiently dispense prescribed medications, ensuring the correct dosage and instructions are provided to patients.
• Inventory Management: Maintain and manage pharmacy inventory, monitor stock levels, and assist in the ordering of pharmaceutical supplies.
• Patient Interaction: Provide excellent customer service by addressing patient inquiries, providing information on medications, and offering guidance on proper usage.
• Collaboration with Healthcare Professionals: Work closely with pharmacists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care.
• Compliance: Adhere to all relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards in the field of pharmacy practice.
• Quality Assurance: Participate in quality assurance programs to ensure the highest standards of pharmaceutical care.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of medications dispensed, as well as patient information.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Certification: Diploma or certification in Pharmacy Technology from a recognized institution.
• License: Valid pharmacy technician license from the appropriate regulatory body.
• Experience: Previous experience as a Pharmacy Technician in a healthcare setting is preferred.
• Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with patients and healthcare professionals.
• Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in dispensing medications.
