Compensation: Competitive base salary + performance-based commission

Job Objective

The Pharmacy Technician will support the pharmacist in dispensing medications, managing inventory, and assisting patients. This role ensures the smooth daily operation of the pharmacy while maintaining accuracy, compliance, and excellent customer service.

Job Responsibilities

Core Functions

• Assist the pharmacist in preparing and dispensing prescription and OTC medications.
• Organize and label medicines properly to maintain accuracy and safety.
• Support inventory management, including receiving stock, checking expiries, and restocking shelves.
• Provide customer support and answer basic medication-related inquiries.
• Ensure compliance with pharmacy standards and assist with regulatory requirements.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional pharmacy environment.

Qualifications

• National Diploma in Pharmacy Technology (or equivalent certification).
• Must be licensed/registered with PCN as a Pharmacy Technician.
• Minimum of 1–2 years relevant work experience in a retail or hospital pharmacy.
• Strong attention to detail and record-keeping skills.
• Good communication and customer service orientation.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with pharmacy software systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
