Pharmacy Internship Programme at Federal Ministry of Health

Interested and qualified candidates are required to obtain application forms from the Office of the Director of Administration through the office of AG; Head of Clinical Services and Training Division of Human Resource Management Department, DUFUTH.

All completed application forms should be addressed to:
The Chief Medical Director,
David Umahi Federal University Teaching Hospital (DUFUTH),
Uburu, Ebonyi State.
And
Submit soft copy of their applications only to: registry.cmd@dufuth.gov.ng using the area being applied for as the subject of the email. e.g. Nursing Internship Programme.

Important Information and Notice

• All necessary credentials and professional licenses are to be scanned, and attached together with the completed application form and all should be sent in pdf to the email address above.
• Only eligible candidates will be shortlisted and invited for interview
• Payment for the FORM is to be made into the Hospital TSA ACCOUNT through Remita. The cost is five thousand naira only (N5,000).
• All interviews will take place in the hospital on the date to be communicated later
• Candidates must present original copies of the credentials for verification.
• All applicants must be wary of invitation on Facebook and other social media purportedly asking for monetary inducement for the Chief Medical Director or any other officer as a means of gaining appointment for the above position. Intake to trainee positions is purely on merit.
