Job Description

• We are seeking a highly skilled and licensed pharmacist to join our dynamic E-commerce team. As an E-Commerce Pharmacist, you will play a key role in ensuring the safe and efficient handling of pharmaceuticals within our online platform.
• Your responsibilities will include dispensing prescriptions, providing medication-related information, and ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities
Prescription Processing:

• Process and verify prescription orders accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements for online pharmacy operations.

Customer Service:

• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries related to medications and healthcare products.
• Offer professional advice and guidance on medication usage and potential interactions.

Inventory Management:

• Oversee the stock of pharmaceuticals and healthcare products within the e-commerce platform.
• Monitor expiration dates and manage inventory levels to prevent shortages or excess stock.

Quality Assurance:

• Implement quality assurance measures to guarantee the safety and efficacy of dispensed medications.
• Conduct regular reviews of processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Collaboration:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including logistics, customer support, and IT, to optimize the online pharmacy's performance.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the overall customer experience.

Qualifications

• B.Pharm
• Licensed Pharmacist with certification
• Previous experience in a retail or clinical pharmacy setting is preferred.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce operations and relevant regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in prescription processing.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving work environment.
