Role Description

• This is a full-time, on-site role located in Abuja for a Pharmacist.
• The Pharmacist will be responsible for dispensing prescription medications, advising on drug usage, and maintaining compliance with healthcare laws.
• Duties also include counseling patients on medication management, collaborating with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care, managing inventory, and ensuring the safe handling and storage of pharmaceutical products.
• The role may also involve providing training and education to staff on drug protocols and regulations.

Qualifications

• Expertise in pharmaceutical dispensing, dosage calculations, and medication safety
• Strong understanding of drug interactions, side effects, and patient counseling
• Inventory management and knowledge of pharmaceutical storage regulations
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• A licensed pharmacist with a relevant degree from an accredited institution
• Up-to-date knowledge of healthcare laws and compliance standards in Nigeria
• Experience in hospital or clinical pharmacy is an advantage
