Job Description

• You will be responsible for managing all aspects of the pharmacy, ensuring exceptional pharmaceutical care to our clients.
• Your leadership will guide the pharmacy team to meet targets, ensure efficiency, compliance with regulations, and high standards of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily pharmacy operations, including dispensing medications and managing inventory.
• Ensure compliance with Pharmaceutical standards.
• Provide expert consultation on drug therapies and interact with healthcare providers to ensure optimal patient care.
• Medical consultation
• Ensure accurate record-keeping and maintain patient confidentiality.
• Conduct Quarterly outreach within the neighborhood
• Give weekly,monthly and quarterly report on behalf of your branch
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to promote the safe and effective use of medication.
• Manage the budget and resources of the pharmacy, ensuring profitability and cost-effectiveness

Requirements

• Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.), Bsc. Pharmacy or equivalent degree.
• 2-4years experience in a relevant position
• Leadership skills
• Attentive to details and highly organized
