Petroleum Engineer at Accrete Petroleum Limited

Reporting to: Technical Manager 

Responsibilities:

• Deploying and supporting field management software solutions to existing and new clients
• Providing consultancy and training services to clients on integrated asset modelling, production optimization, digital oilfield, and hydrocarbon accounting.
• Providing technical advice and support to clients on all aspects of the deployed systems (production, reservoir, allocation, real-time systems).
• Able to exercise a notable amount of personal initiative and a proactive commercial approach to developing the company's business.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the Line Manager

Technical Skills Required

• Excellent understanding of petroleum engineering concepts
• Basic Knowledge of production system modelling tools (e.g. Petex IPM Suite) is desirable.

Some experience or readiness to develop relevant skills in any of the following would be beneficial:

• Microsoft SQL Server 2008 onwards (Intermediate/Advanced)
• T-SQL Querying (Intermediate/Advanced) and creating reports using SSRS and Power BI using data from MS SQL Server database.

Educational Background

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Petroleum Engineering.
• Minimum Qualification: First Class or Second Class Upper.
