Petrol Station Manager at Hello Energy

Job Brief

• We are looking for a Petrol Station Manager. The right candidate will handle and coordinate daily activity at the station, which may include handling customer complaints while ensuring the steady supply of petroleum product at all times, and effectively manage all aspect of the business.

Job Responsibilities

• Overseer the day-to-day operations as it relates to the Petrol Station.
• Oversee and track daily inventory level and stocking activities.
• Prepare financial sales record on excel
• Provide a clear sense of direction and focus to all staff
• Monitor & enforce compliance to safety procedures
• Foster a cooperative and motivating spirit amongst staff.

Requirements

• Minimum Requirement HND or B.Sc
• Good analytical & critical thinking
• Ability to create accountability and lead by example
• Strong team building, decision-making and people management skills
• Ability to use accounting software for sales analysis and inventory reconciliation
