Personal Assistant to GCEO at Bosak Microfinance Bank Limited

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the GCEO’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel schedules.
• Coordinate internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions.
• Screen phone calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of the GCEO.
• Prepare reports, presentations, briefing notes, and confidential documents.
• Handle sensitive information with a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
• Liaise with senior executives, board members, clients, government officials, and stakeholders.
• Organize business travel arrangements, accommodation, visas, and itineraries.
• Track deadlines, priorities, and key deliverables for the GCEO.
• Assist in project coordination and monitor execution of strategic initiatives.
• Conduct research and compile data to support executive decision-making.
• Ensure efficient office administration and smooth day-to-day executive operations.
• Attend meetings where required and provide accurate documentation of discussions and action points.
• Manage filing systems, records, and executive correspondence.
• Coordinate special events, executive engagements, and corporate functions.
• Perform other administrative and executive support duties as assigned by the GCEO.
