    Personal Assistant/ Sales Manager

    RSCC is seeking a proactive and organized FEMALE Personal Assistant / Sales Executive to provide administrative support and drive sales growth. The ideal candidate will handle personal and business tasks efficiently while actively pursuing sales opportunities, building client relationships, and contributing to revenue generation.

    Personal Assistant Duties:

    • Manage daily schedules, appointments, and meetings.
    • Organize travel arrangements, accommodations, and itineraries.
    • Handle confidential information with discretion.
    • Assist with personal errands and tasks as needed.
    • Maintain proper filing and documentation of business and personal records.
    • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as required.

    Sales Executive Duties:

    • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to meet or exceed sales targets.
    • Build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
    • Conduct market research to understand client needs and industry trends.
    • Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations.
    • Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients.
    • Track sales activities and generate regular reports.
    • Attend networking events and represent the company professionally.

    Skills and Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
    • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant and/or Sales Executive.
    • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
    • Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects efficiently.
    • Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.
    • High level of integrity and confidentiality.

    Work Conditions:

    • Full-time availability with flexibility for occasional travel and extended hours.
    • Ability to adapt to varying tasks and responsibilities.
