Job Summary

• The candidate must be highly organized, capable of grasping complex medical and operational processes rapidly, and handle tasks with absolute discretion.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate the Medical Director’s schedule, meetings, and agendas
• Act as an articulate liaison between the Medical Director, staff, and external stakeholders
• Draft, review, and manage highly professional correspondence, memos, and reports
• Rapidly learn hospital workflows to execute executive directives efficiently
• Prepare meeting materials, take accurate minutes, and track follow-up actions
• Maintain strict confidentiality of all executive, medical, and administrative data
• Screen and manage phone calls, inquiries, and visitors with high intellect and professionalism
• Organize and maintain secure executive digital and physical filing systems
• Assist in compiling data for operational, departmental, or financial reports
• Handle sensitive tasks and ad-hoc administrative projects swiftly.
