    Personal Assistant

    Our client is a dynamic entrepreneur (currently runs a thriving fashion and beauty retail business based in Ikoyi, Lagos), mom, civic leader and pursuer of advance education who has experience living in many countries and working for many global companies. She is looking to hire an energetic, hardworking, focused, considerate, loyal and dedicated professional to work as her PERSONAL ASSISTANT who will be at the front and centre of coordinating tasks and activities that help her become more productive in her endeavors.

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Take charge and implement tasks towards goals needed for:  Business, Personal and Civic responsibilities (Task Management)
    • Managing new projects embarked upon from inception to completion, and a follow up on tasks to fulfil project goals
    • Receiving and making phone calls.
    • Managing to-do list, schedule and calendar, and ensuring that tasks on the to-do lists get done.
    • Executing administrative tasks, including filing, letter writing, creating checklist etc
    • Adept at taking up responsibilities and being effective in those responsibilities in most functional areas of the retail business
    • Conduct interviews as needed for personal and business roles.
    • Prepare Business and Product Manuals
    • Edit and post some content for Instagram/ WhatsApp
    • Go on personal Errands

    JOB REQUIREMENTS

    • Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree
    • 2+ years experience in similar capacity
    • Multifaceted and able to think across various functions of Business.
    • High level of integrity and discretion.
    • Dutiful, hard-working and loyal.
    • Polite and have good decorum and understanding of protocols.
    • Attention to detail and good administrative capacity.
    • Very good communication skills – Written and Oral
    • Up to date Technology Skills – Word, Excel, Power Point
    • Good knowledge or can learn how to use Social Media Apps
    • Proximity to Ikoyi is preferred.
