Job Responsibilities

• Ensure high efficiency in Administrative activities.
• Manage ad-hoc duties.
• Organise and Cordinate activities.
• Plan and schedule meetings and any related activities for the GMD.
• Act as the first contact to the GMD.
• Confidentiality.
• Documentation and Filing.
• Administrative and Secretarial duties.
• Delegation and Supervision.

Requirements

• B.Sc, HND or Master's Degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 4 years working experience as a Personal Assistant.
• Must be Female
• Must be emotionally intelligent and able to handle pressure.
• Must have excellent communication skills and verbal skills.
• Must be an active listener and observant.
• Must be tech-savvy.
• Ability to prioritize.
• Must be smart and intelligent
• Problem-solving skill.
• Highly organized and a multi-tasker.
• Exposure to the fashion industry will be an added advantage.
• Candidate must be ready to resume immediately.
