Personal Assistant / Driver at Woodgate Structure Limited

Driving & Transportation Duties:

• Safely transport the principal to meetings, appointments, and events.
• Plan efficient routes using knowledge of local roads, traffic patterns, and navigation tools.
• Ensure the assigned vehicle is consistently clean, fueled, and regularly serviced.
• Perform daily pre-trip inspections (checks on tires, fluids, and lights).
• Maintain compliance with all local traffic laws, regulations, and safety standards.

Personal Assistant Duties:

• Run necessary business and personal errands (e.g., banking, document deliveries, shopping).
• Manage schedules, coordinate appointments, and send timely reminders.
• Answer phone calls, manage correspondence, and greet visitors professionally.
• Handle basic administrative tasks, including expense tracking, organizing receipts, and updating logs.
• Exercise absolute discretion and confidentiality regarding the principal's schedule and private information.
