    A fast-growing hospitality company is looking for an ambitious, hardworking personnel to carry out the duties of a Personal Assistant.

    Location:             Lagos - Victoria Island

    RESPONSIBLITIES:

    • Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence.
    • Reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines.
    • Managing databases and filing systems.
    • Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems.
    • Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls.
    • Managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments.
    • Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation.
    • Collating and filing expenses.

    SKILLS/ABILITIES:

    • Microsoft office knowledge is a MUST
    • Attention to Detail
    • Discretion and trustworthiness
    • Flexibility and adaptability
    • Good oral and written communication skills
    • Organisational skills and the ability to multitask
    • The ability to be proactive and take the initiative
    • Tact and diplomacy
    • Communication skills

    QUALIFICATION: Diploma, HND in any field of study.

    YEARS OF EXPERIENCE:

    Minimum of 1 year experience obtained in a well-structured and reputable organization.
