WHAT YOU WILL OWN

This role demands a high-impact individual who can independently execute against measurable growth goals:

• Strategy & Execution: Define and lead end-to-end performance marketing across all paid channels.
• Data & Attribution: Design, implement, and maintain clean, robust tracking and attribution systems.
• Campaign Management: Build and optimize conversion-driven campaigns focused exclusively on numerical results.
• Technological Leadership: Lead the integration of AI and automation to enhance workflow efficiency and campaign sharpness.
• Client Results: Serve as the trusted primary contact for client relationships, consistently delivering results.
• Innovation: Proactively test new approaches and emerging channels before they become industry standards.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• A minimum of 4 years of professional experience in performance marketing, ideally within a dynamic agency environment (consistent with Mid-Senior level).
• Proven technical expertise in building robust, end-to-end attribution systems from scratch.
• Demonstrable track record of running high-performing paid campaigns that exceed targets.
• Hands-on experience actively leveraging AI tools and automation to enhance work efficiency and campaign sharpness.
