Job Summary

• Organize and anchor all performance management meetings, reviews and events
• Document annual company targets and objectives
• Document and monitor relevant performance measures and metrics
• Supervise cascading of targets and objectives across all functional areas
• Implement performance policies and guidelines
• Set and monitor performance management calendar
• Manage Performance Appraisal process
• Compile appraisal results and outcomes for reports
• Responsible for all performance relate communication to staff and management.

Requirements

• BA / B.Sc / HND in relevant discipline with a minimum of 3 years’ experience.
• CIPM is required.
