Performance Manager

- Experience 3 years
- Location Lagos

Job Summary
- Organize and anchor all performance management meetings, reviews and events
- Document annual company targets and objectives
- Document and monitor relevant performance measures and metrics
- Supervise cascading of targets and objectives across all functional areas
- Implement performance policies and guidelines
- Set and monitor performance management calendar
- Manage Performance Appraisal process
- Compile appraisal results and outcomes for reports
- Responsible for all performance relate communication to staff and management.
Requirements
- BA / B.Sc / HND in relevant discipline with a minimum of 3 years’ experience.
- CIPM is required.
