Responsibilities :

• Ensure that the diversity ratio benchmark is given prime consideration
• Work closely with colleagues to ensure that HR department tools and policies are well aligned,
• Manage and track Performance Management system.
• Use metrics and analytics to measure analyze and report when necessary

Requirements:

• Bsc./HND in any social sciences or related field with 5-7 years experience in HR.
• Knowledge of HR Analytics is highly essential
• Experience with Business Acumen and HR Business Partnering is desirable.
