Payroll Executive at CandidOil Service Limited

• The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and processing payroll activities in a timely manner, ensuring statutory compliance with local regulators, maintaining financial and payroll records and collaborating with the Accounts department for other related financial operations.
• Proficiency in Tally Accounting System is a major advantage.

Role Description

• Process payments, receipts and perform data entry operations using Tally software.
• Ensure accurate and timely disbursement of employee payments.
• Ensure proper documentation by maintaining payroll and financial records and providing accurate financial information.
• Conduct periodic audits on financial data and assist with preparations for external audits.
• Ensure statutory compliance with local regulators and internal controls.
• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to ensure reliability and transparency in financial data interpretation.

Qualifications

• Relevant work experience in payroll operations
• Familiarity with payroll software and systems
• Knowledge of accounting principles and understanding of financial best practices
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Accounting, Finance or related field
