    Payment Assistant

    Job Description
    Employee shall perform the following duties:

    • Contact customers and remind them repay their loans on time.
    • Advise customers on payment options and negotiate appropriate payment plans.
    • Maintain customer payment records.

    Job Requirements

    • Candidates should possess an OND / NCE qualification with 0 - 2 years work experience.
    • Have experience in calling customers.
    • Must have an Android Smartphone.
    • Infrastructure to work from home when necessary.
    • Working hours: 8.30am-5.30pm, and working shifts on Saturday.  
    • Salary is 35,000+35,000 bonus based on performance
