    Payment Assistant

    Location: Isheri Oke, Ogun
    Working hours: 40hrs in 5 days, 9.30am-6.30pm (1 hour lunch break).

    Job Description
    ployee shall perform the following duties:

    • Contact customers and remind them repay their loans on time.
    • Advise customers on payment options and negotiate appropriate payment plans.
    • Maintain customer payment records.

    Job Requirements

    • Candidates should possess an OND / NCE qualification with 0 - 2 years work experience.
    • Previous experience working as a Collections Officer or Customer Service Staff.
    • Must have an Android Smartphone.
    • Infrastructure to work from home when necessary.
