Payable Analyst at Leventis

Responsibility:

• Receive, verify, and process vendor invoices for payment, ensuring proper documentation and approvals.
• Match invoices to purchase orders and receiving documents (5way match) to ensure accuracy.
• Prepare and process payments to vendors via various methods in accordance with payrnent terms and company policies.
• Ensure timely payments to avoid lote fees and maintain good vendor relationships.
• Maintain accurate and up—to-date vendor records in the accounting system.
• Reconcile vendor statements to internal records and resolve any discrepancies.

Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Not less than 2 years of proven experience in acco payable or a similar accounting role.
• Knowledge Of ERP Systems e.g., SAP, O
• Proficiency in using accounting softwa land Microsoft
• Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail and accur
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and interpers al skills.
• ICAN certifications or its equivalent wil advantage.
