Job Summary:

The Patient Services Officer will serve as the first point of contact for patients, ensuring excellent customer service, smooth patient flow, and accurate record management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and register patients professionally
• Schedule appointments and manage patient queues
• Handle patient inquiries, complaints, and feedback
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Coordinate with clinical and administrative staff
• Ensure confidentiality of patient information
• Support billing and insurance verification where required
• Hands on experience on EMR

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Degree in Health Administration, Business Administration, or related field
• Previous experience in a healthcare or customer service role preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in basic computer applications
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
