    Partnership Manager

    Reports To: Head of Partnerships

    Job Summary

    The Partnership Manager will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing strategic partnerships that support business growth and enhance the company’s market presence. The ideal candidate is a strong relationship-builder with excellent negotiation skills, business acumen, and experience working in fast-paced environments.

    Key Responsibilities

    Partnership Strategy & Development

    • Identify new partnership opportunities aligned with company objectives.
    • Conduct market research to evaluate potential partners, industries, and trends.
    • Develop partnership proposals and drive end-to-end negotiation processes.

    Relationship Management

    • Build and manage long-term relationships with key partners, stakeholders, and external organizations.
    • Serve as the main point of contact for partnership-related communication.
    • Ensure partner satisfaction and address challenges proactively.

    Execution & Performance Management

    • Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Marketing, Operations, Compliance, Legal, etc.) to operationalize partnership initiatives.
    • Track partnership performance, ensure deliverables are met, and optimize initiatives to increase value.
    • Monitor and report on KPIs, revenue impact, and overall partnership effectiveness.

    Contract & Compliance Oversight

    • Work closely with Legal and Compliance teams to review contracts and ensure all partnership activities meet regulatory requirements.
    • Manage contract renewals and ensure adherence to agreed terms.

    Cross-Functional Collaboration

    • Support co-marketing campaigns, joint events, and activation activities with partners.
    • Work with Finance to review partnership-related budgets, incentives, and payouts. Requirements
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
    • 3–6 years experience in partnerships, business development, or key account management—preferably in fintech, banking, or technology.
    • Proven track record of negotiating and managing successful partnerships.
    • Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement abilities.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
    • High level of professionalism, integrity, and problem-solving ability.
