We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Partner Success Executive (PSE) to manage OEM vendor relationships and oversee the end-to-end delivery of hardware and software solutions to enterprise clients across Nigeria and the broader West African market.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full partner lifecycle, including partner onboarding, enablement, ongoing engagement, quarterly business reviews, renewal management, and identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
The role also requires ensuring that all delivery commitments to end-user clients are executed efficiently, on time, and reviewed upon completion to guarantee customer satisfaction.
The successful candidate will serve as a key liaison between OEM partners, internal teams, and clients, ensuring seamless collaboration, exceptional service delivery, and long-term partner success.
Responsibilities
Manage and strengthen relationships with OEM partners and vendors.
Coordinate the onboarding, enablement, and ongoing engagement of partners.
Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with partners.
Oversee the end-to-end delivery of hardware and software solutions to clients.
Monitor delivery timelines and ensure commitments are met.
Manage renewals and identify opportunities for upselling and business expansion.
Conduct post-delivery reviews to ensure customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of partner and client engagements.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience in partner management, account management, customer success, or a similar role.
Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work cross-functionally.
Experience within the technology or cybersecurity industry is an added advantage.
