• We are seeking a highly experienced Paint Sales Manager to manage and coordinate distributors nationwide, drive sales growth, develop new business opportunities, and expand the company’s market presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all distributors nationwide.
• Develop and implement effective paint sales strategies.
• Identify and develop new distributors and business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, contractors, and key customers.
• Drive sales growth and ensure achievement of set sales targets.
• Monitor distributor performance and provide necessary support.
• Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
• Develop strategies to expand product distribution and market share.
• Negotiate with distributors and major clients.
• Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates on business performance.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in paint sales.
• In-depth knowledge of the paint industry and market.
• Proven experience managing distributors and sales channels.
• Strong track record of achieving sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
• Strong business development and networking abilities.
• Previous experience in a sales management position is highly preferred.

Compensation

• Performance-based sales commission.
