Job Summary

• The Packaging Development Executive is responsible for packaging development projects, working closely with cross-functional teams to create innovative and effective packaging designs. 
• The role requires a combination of technical expertise and creative problem-solving to optimize packaging processes and materials.

Responsibilities

• Packaging development projects from concept to commercialization.
• Collaborate with product development, marketing, and supply chain teams to ensure packaging meets product and market requirements.
• Evaluate and select materials, suppliers, and technologies for packaging solutions.
• Ensure packaging designs comply with regulatory requirements and sustainability goals.
• Conduct packaging tests to ensure durability, functionality, and safety.
• Optimize packaging processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Maintain detailed documentation of packaging specifications and project progress.
• Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices in packaging development.

Qualifications

• HND or Bachelor’s Degree in Packaging Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in packaging development.
• Strong knowledge of packaging materials, technologies, and sustainability practices.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
