Outreach Manager at Nairametrics

Nairametrics is a leading business and financial resource platform committed to delivering top-notch financial insights and educational resources. We are seeking an experienced and proactive Outreach Manager to join our dynamic team. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Event Management: Coordinate all Nairametrics events, including webinars, training sessions, and other outreach activities. 
• Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans outlining scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements. 
• Outreach Scheduling: Create and maintain outreach schedules aligned with overall company goals. 
• Team Collaboration: Facilitate communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams to ensure outreach objectives are met. 
• Academy Management: Oversee all projects related to the Nairametrics Academy, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with company standards. 
• Budget Oversight: Manage project budgets, ensuring effective resource allocation and cost control. Provide regular financial updates to stakeholders and identify areas for optimization. 
• Risk Management: Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, develop contingency plans, and communicate potential issues to stakeholders. 
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including meeting minutes and post-project evaluations. Generate and distribute regular project status reports to partners. 
• Continuous Improvement: Conduct thorough project reviews and implement measures to improve processes and outcomes. 
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the CEO.

• Proven experience in project management, outreach, or event coordination. 
• Strong organizational and planning skills with attention to detail. 
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams. 
• Budget management experience and the ability to optimize resource allocation. 
• Proficiency in using project management tools and platforms. 
• Analytical mindset to assess risks and develop effective solutions. 
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
