Outlet Manager at Khenpro Global Services

Role Summary

• We are seeking a high-impact, customer-focused Outlet Manager with proven experience in retail, QSR, hospitality, FMCG, or other fast-paced customer-facing environments.
• The ideal candidate must be able to take ownership of outlet operations, lead a team, drive sales, deliver excellent customer service, and make sound decisions under pressure.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations and overall performance of the outlet.
• Drive sales and achieve outlet revenue and performance targets.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve complaints effectively.
• Lead, supervise, coach, and motivate outlet staff.
• Manage inventory, cash handling, wastage, and operational losses.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, hygiene, safety, and brand standards.
• Monitor staff performance, attendance, productivity, and discipline.
• Prepare daily/weekly outlet performance reports.
• Identify operational challenges and implement timely solutions.

Requirements

• HND/Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Hospitality, or related field is preferred.
• 2–3 years' relevant experience in retail, QSR, hospitality, FMCG, supermarket, or similar high-volume environments.
• Proven experience in customer service with meaningful supervisory/management responsibility.
• Demonstrable ability to manage a busy outlet and multiple employees.
• Strong sales, customer-service, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Strong communication, organization, and decision-making abilities.

Ideal Candidate:

• We are looking for an operator, not just a supervisor—someone who can manage people, customers, sales, stock, and daily operations while maintaining high service standards and delivering measurable results.
• Candidates with only basic customer-service experience and no proven supervisory/operational impact will not be considered.
