Job Duties / Responsibilities / Accountabilities

• Ensuring that there is proper checking of products arranged for delivery to the customer with the approved audit copy of pro forma invoice.
• Follow up with the invoicing after checking the product, append our audit signature on the invoice and delivery note and update in our register and ensure that the driver sign on the register to acknowledge that he collected the complete products.
• After delivery, cross checking that the customer acknowledged and append his/her name with signature and date of receipt on the invoice.
• Maintain appropriate records of products returns from the customers and branches.
• Ensuring that all signed delivered invoices are scanned on Dynamics.
• Identify hazard, assess risk to health and safety in the office environment.
• Ensure appropriate safety controls and measures are in place and ensure compliance.
• Weekly submission of audit observation report to the Head of Audit.
• Any other duty that may be assigned from time to time by the management.

Qualifications

• B.Sc in Accounting, Finance and any other related course with 2 to 3 years working experience.
• Proficiency in the use of Microsoft office especially Ms word, Excel and Outlook.
• Ability to pay attention to details
• Good problem solving and analytical skill.
• Effective spoken and written communication.
