Order Management Specialist (Team Lead) at Electronic PayPlus Limited

Location: Lakowe, Ibeju-Lekki, Lagos

Job Summary & Purpose

• This position is responsible for overseeing the activities of the Milling & Embedding Section in accordance with laid down procedures.
• This person will ensure that interrelated activities within the Milling & Embedding unit are carried out with utmost care to ensure quality delivery.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all aspects of order processing. This includes everything from entering new orders to inspecting shipments to managing customer satisfaction and more.
• Work with other departments as needed and direct warehouse personnel to get shipments out.
• Must verify all job orders and ensure it is properly requested before giving a go ahead to the team to commence operations.
• In charge of Card manufacturing and personalization materials are well management from beginning to the end of the operations.
• Work with the team to ensure that all required materials for the order are available and in good condition before commencement
• Ensure that the Machine operator, QC Personnel and Packaging Staff carry out the required tasks appropriately.
• Ensure strict adherence to the Quality Control Procedures.
• Ensure daily, weekly and monthly reports are sent to the production manager for manufacturing and personalization activities
• Full compliance with the Standard Operating Procedure and Information Security Policy.
• Ensure all Electronic Payplus Limited’s resources in your possession are properly taken care of.
• Handles all Administrative duties of the production department and must ensure that the card request and delivery forms are filed appropriately in the right locations.
• Must ensure that all operational staff in production department comply with requirements for order management (QC and Machine Operators)
• Any other role as may be directed by the Production Manager.

Academic Qualification

• University Graduate or its equivalent.

Experience

• Must have worked in a similar environment or have worked within the Milling & Embedding environment for at least 5 years.
