What You’ll Do

• As an Order Fulfillment Representative at Naxawellness, you’ll ensure accurate and timely processing of customer orders, working closely with logistics to guarantee smooth deliveries.
• Process Orders: Verify, package, and coordinate dispatch of customer orders.
• Track Deliveries: Monitor shipments, resolve delays, and update customers.
• Inventory Management: Ensure stock accuracy and flag low-stock items.
• Customer Support: Handle order inquiries and ensure a seamless fulfillment experience.
• Reporting: Maintain records and suggest process improvements.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong attention to detail to prevent order errors.
