Role Description

• This is a full-time, on-site role for an Order Fulfillment Officer located in Lagos State, Nigeria.
• The Order Fulfillment Officer will oversee and coordinate the entire order process, including procurement, validation, and delivery management.
• Key responsibilities include ensuring timely and efficient processing of orders, maintaining accurate records of inventory levels, managing supply chain operations, and resolving customer inquiries related to orders.
• The role requires collaboration with internal teams and external vendors to achieve smooth and successful order completion.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate order processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities to effectively interact with stakeholders and address customer needs
• Proficiency in Procurement and Supply Chain Management to manage inventory, streamline workflows, and coordinate with vendors
• Proven organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines and handle multiple responsibilities
• Experience with order management systems and tools is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred
• Ability to work collaboratively on-site with a team in a fast-paced environment
