We are currently recruiting a qualified and customer-focused Optician to join our dynamic healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent technical knowledge, outstanding customer service skills, and a passion for helping patients achieve optimal vision through quality eye care solutions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting patients in selecting appropriate eyewear, interpreting prescriptions, fitting and adjusting spectacles, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

• Interpret and dispense optical prescriptions issued by Optometrists and Ophthalmologists.
• Assist patients in selecting suitable frames, lenses, and other optical products based on their prescriptions, lifestyle, and preferences.
• Take accurate facial and pupillary measurements to ensure proper lens fitting.
• Fit, adjust, repair, and maintain spectacles to maximize patient comfort and vision
• Educate patients on the proper use, maintenance, and care of spectacles and contact lenses.
• Manage inventory of frames, lenses, and optical accessories.
• Process customer orders and coordinate with optical laboratories.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the optical dispensing area.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
• Stay updated on current optical technologies, lens options, and industry best practices.
