Operations/Teller Officer at Good Neighbours Microfinance Bank

Job description

• Assist customers with processing transactions, such as deposits, withdrawals, or payments.
• Provide support to customers by addressing their inquiries and resolving their complaints
• Cross sell the bank products, assist customers in completing forms and applications.
• Process and book loans accurately.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering prompt and professional service.
• Update and maintain accurate customer records; log all transactions; generate loan and operational reports.
• Handling currency, transactions, and confidential information in a responsible manner.
• Following all bank financial procedures and regulations.
• Other responsibilities assigned.

Requirements

• Candidate must have OND/HND/ BSc Certificate in any field.
• 1-2 years of experience in banking operations or related field.
• Strong analytical, problem solving, and communication skills.
• Familiar with banking operations, policies and regulatory requirements..
