Operations Support Officer at Prestigious Consulting Group

Key Responsibilities

• Support logistics activities, including inventory management, scheduling, and tracking of materials/equipment.
• Assist in procurement processes: vendor sourcing, quotation reviews, and purchase order preparation.
• Provide project coordination support by maintaining project documentation, progress tracking, and timely reporting.
• Handle administrative duties such as filing, correspondence, and record keeping.
• Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
• Prepare and analyze operational reports to support decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards.

Requirements

• Education: B.Sc./HND in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: 1–3 years’ proven experience in operations, logistics, or procurement (engineering background is an added advantage).
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Salary
N150,000 / Month. Slightly negotiable dependind on experience
