    Operations Supervisor

    Responsibilities

    • Oversee efficiency of operational processes
    • Participate in strategic planning and goal-setting for the operational staff
    • Analyze business requirements and customer needs
    • Research methods to improve operations and reduce costs
    • Provide administrative support

    Requirements

    • Proven work experience as Operations Supervisor/Manager 
    • Organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Good leadership skill 
    • Computer skill 
    • BSC/HND/BA
