The Operations Supervisor will play a crucial role in managing both deliveries and events, ensuring seamless logistics and providing outstanding customer service. Qualifications / Requirements
OND / NCE / HND or BSc in a relevant course of study
3 – 5 years’ working experience in food and beverage operations.
Proven experience in operations management and customer service roles.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
