Job Summary

• The Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating daily operations across all branches.
• The role ensures accurate transaction processing, proper branch records, effective loan and repayment monitoring, timely default follow-up, correct use of Finserve, and accurate operational reporting.
• The position requires strong attention to detail, accountability, follow-up, and the ability to identify and resolve operational issues promptly.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and verify daily transactions across all branches.
• Ensure loans, repayments, savings, deposits, and withdrawals are accurately recorded in Finserve.
• Monitor branch operations and ensure proper record-keeping.
• Track loan repayments and identify missed payments within 24 hours.
• Maintain and update default records and coordinate follow-up with Account Officers.
• Ensure customer records are complete and accurate.
• Monitor proper use of Finserve and follow up on system issues.
• Prepare daily and weekly operations reports.
• Monitor the performance of the operations and reconciliation teams.
• Identify operational gaps, resolve errors, and escalate serious issues to Management.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or HND in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in operations, microfinance, banking, financial services, or a related environment.
• Strong numerical, analytical, and record-keeping skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to work with operational software; Finserve experience is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication, organization, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to monitor multiple branches and manage competing priorities.
• Ability to identify problems proactively and take corrective action.
• Strong integrity, accountability, and ability to work independently.
