• The role involves maintaining accurate operational data, tracking performance metrics, supporting reporting needs, and conducting internal audits tp ensure compliance, process efficiency and risk mitigation.
• The ideal candidate is passionate about data accuracy, reporting, and process improvement. Interested in compliance, risk management and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update Excel databases accurately.
• Perform data entry, cleaning and reporting.
• Track and report operational performance metrics.
• Conduct internal audits of operational processes and prepare audit reports with improvement action plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or related field.
• 0-2 years of relevant experience
• Basic excel and data analysis skills.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy and analytical thinking.
• High level of integrity and reliability.
• Excellent communication, and time management skills.
