Coordinate collection, sorting, processing, and transportation activities.
Liaise with field teams, buyers, vendors, and transport partners.
Conduct site visits and escalate operational issues.
Monitor vehicles, equipment, and maintenance schedules.
Prepare operational reports and maintain accurate records.
Support compliance with HSE and company standards.
Monitor daily activities and assist with resolving operational challenges.

Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Management, Environmental Science, Operations Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
1–2 years’ experience in operations, recycling, waste management, logistics, environmental services, or related field operations.
Good communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Strong reporting and documentation skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
Knowledge of HSE practices is an added advantage.
Must be physically fit and willing to conduct regular field visits.
